COVID-19 Community Vaccination Funding Program

We are excited to announce Greater Beulah Baptist Church (GBBC) in partnership with Luminis Health Doctors Community Medical Center (LHDCMC) and Community Ministry of Prince George’s County (CMPGC) is opening a Coronavirus COVID-19 Community Vaccination Clinic at Greater Beulah Baptist Church in Capitol Heights, MD, 20743.

This COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program is focusing on those who reside, worship, or work in areas designated by Zip Code 20743.

Important Notes:

Luminis Health is following all CDC & FDA guidelines, and at this time have suspended any administration of the J&J vaccine. At this time, Moderna or Pfizer vaccine will be administered.

–> Vaccination is by appointment only, we cannot accept walk-ins.

–> The number of available appointments is determined by the supply of vaccine, which is limited at this time

Steps for Getting the Vaccine:

STEP 1: Determine if you are currently eligible for the vaccination.

The state’s phased distribution plan outlines the order in which groups become eligible for vaccination. We are currently vaccinating people in Phases 1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, and 2b. We are unable to vaccinate anyone under the age of 16. Learn more about Maryland COVID-19 vaccine priority groups

STEP 2: If eligible, you can register for your vaccine appointment online or call (301) 499-2319 or (301) 808-2660.

STEP 3: When contacted, schedule your appointment.

NOTE:  When choosing the date for your vaccination, please keep in mind that you cannot be vaccinated:

–> Until 14 days after receiving a different vaccination (not COVID-related)

–> Until 10 days after receiving a COVID-19 diagnosis

—> If you have an active COVID-19 infection at the time of your appointment

–> Until 90 days after receiving a monoclonal or polyclonal antibody infusion or convalescent plasma

STEP 4: Go to your appointment.

–> Identification or proof of appointment (printed or electronic) will be required at your appointment.

–> Please don’t arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment
