Fast dates, January 2, 2025 (6:00 am) through January 22, 2025 (6:00 am). The theme for the 2025 Daniel Fast is “No Other Name,” based upon Acts 4:12: “There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved” (NLT). Though we may put our hope in other things—people, substances, material possessions, job success, etc.—we’ll never find deep, lasting satisfaction and peace apart from the Lord. Each day of the fast, you’ll focus on a specific attribute of God and praise him for who he is. As you spend time worshiping the Lord, you’ll be strengthened and filled with his Spirit, which will give you wisdom in how to pray for others and to carry out his purposes in your life.
